NOTE: There are a number of minor (but rather embarrassing) copywriting errors in this publication that were clearly missed in peer-review. Most notably the transposition of labeling: early in the essay, the word “industrial” instead of “agricultural” revolution is written in error. This editing oversight raises a question about how rigorous this publication’s peer-review process is/was, but more shamefully just how easily my own eye was able to gloss intended versus actual written word. What a glaring miss!
